AnalytiCon Discovery offers its unique pure Natural Product collection (MEGx) as a starting point for Drug Discovery in a ready-to-screen format for use in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutritional and agrochemical industries. The collection comprises highly diverse and pure Natural Products (small molecules) with a high percentage of compounds which have not previously been published. Application of proprietary MEGAbolite® technology (high-throughput isolation of pure Natural Products) leads to the highest levels of sustainable production of Natural Products with a high degree of certainty of resupply. The reliable in-house production always starts from natural sources: from freshly isolated microbial strains (terrestrial or marine origin) or collected plant material (several partitions with different chemical profiles). These serve as a toolbox for using biological diversity to generate pure Natural Products from microbial strains (MEGxm) and from plants (MEGxp).
